That SS was taken in Normal Mode... the Nestlings are lvl 15...
In HM, the Nestlings are lvl 24, and you won't have the chance to get [Mark of Pain] off unless you do it at initial aggro. With 14 Sword, 9 Strength and BUH! active, I deal 20dmg (after armor reduction) with 100b, just verified it this weekend with plenty of runs in the infernal cave of massive lizard reproduction (filled my inventory 12 times - lots of cash - w00t).
